As it Turns Out, Fitness Fights Cancer

Posted: March 20th, 2012

I just read a funny article, which had nothing to do with ellipticals and everything to do with smoking cigarettes. The article starts out with this picture, right. It is an elliptical with a caption underneath that says, “You can achieve a full body workout on an elliptical-cross trainer by working your arms and legs simultaneously.” Ok, so I guess it had a tiny bit to do with ellipticals. But after that, for the next 361 words – yes I counted all of them, out loud, one by one, while poking my grubby pointer finger against my computer monitor.—were all about smoking cigarettes and about how they are bad for you.

Posted: March 16th, 2012

Too many people think that there is a magic pill that they will be able to take in order to get fit and have the life that they always wanted. This is a sorry lie and people should start exercising their personal agency in order to get the results that they want out of life including physical fitness.
